How we work

A straightforward way of working

Four steps, with no obligation to continue beyond the first. You will know where you stand before you commit to anything.

  1. First consultation

We go through your history and circumstances, and set out the routes realistically open to you.

  2. Written summary

You receive a written note of the options discussed, what each requires, and what it would cost.

  3. Preparing the application

If you instruct us, we work through the evidence with you and review everything before submission.

  4. After submission

We keep you informed of the position and explain any further request from the Home Office.

Why clients choose us

Careful work, and an honest view

Immigration decisions rest with the Home Office. What we can control is the quality of the application and the clarity of the advice behind it.

  • Plain English, not jargon

The Immigration Rules are dense. Our job is to translate them into what you actually need to do, in what order.

  • Told early where the difficulty is

If we can see a weakness in your case, you will hear about it at the first consultation rather than after a refusal.

  • Evidence prepared properly

Most refusals we see come down to evidence: the wrong document, the wrong period, or a gap left unexplained.

  • Clear on scope and cost

You will know what the work covers, what it costs, and what falls outside what we are able to advise on.

  • Responsive to your questions

An application is stressful. We would rather answer a question twice than leave you guessing about the position.

  • Confidential by default

Your information is held securely, shared only with those working on your matter, and deleted when it is no longer needed.

In their words

What working with us actually feels like

Clients tell us the same thing more often than anything else: they finally understood what was being asked of them.

  • I had read the guidance three times and still could not tell which parts applied to me. Half an hour into the first consultation I had a list of what to gather and the order to do it in.

    Spouse visa clientManchester
  • What I valued most was being told plainly where my case was weak. Nobody had done that before, and it changed how we put the application together.

    Skilled Worker clientBirmingham
  • They answered the same question twice without ever making me feel awkward for asking. When you are dealing with your family, that matters more than people realise.

    Family visa clientLondon
  • The written summary after the consultation was the useful part. I could read it again a week later instead of trying to remember what had been said.

    Settlement clientLeeds
  • We are a small employer and had never sponsored anyone. The duties were explained in terms of what we actually had to do each month, not just quoted at us.
